Executing a Successful Limited Time Offer

Felicia White

Director of Franchise Training, Scooter’s Coffee

Felicia White is the Director of Franchise Training for Scooter’s Coffee where she supports the continued brand growth through creation and delivery of franchisee training programs. Felicia also serves as a volunteer and board member with CHART (Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers),and is a member of the Women’s Foodservice Forum. She is a sought after subject matter expert in the area of Front Line Leadership Development, and presents at various organization events on building leadership development and mentorship programs.  

Felicia was recognized as one of the most influential restaurant executives in the country in The Power List: Reader Picks (2020) by Nation’s Restaurant News, and selected as the winner in the Innovator category in the 2020 Top Women in Restaurant Technology at the Multi-Unit Restaurant Technology Conference. She recently self-published a book: Bowties and Cowboy Boots, Lessons in Life and Leadership, where se shares many of these learnings and advice.  

Felicia holds various training certifications including Certified Hospitality Trainer (AHELI), an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts, a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, and is currently enrolled in a Doctor of Education in Adult Learning and Development program at Northwestern State University with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2025.
