Starting as a busser in the hospitality industry with very little English, she tenaciously worked her way up to become a respected owner before assuming her current role as Director of Operations at the prestigious establishment, The Glass Knife, in Florida.
In addition to her illustrious career, Debora serves at the alumni executive board for the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce, where she already served as social chair. She is an author (her first book contribution comes out on April this year), a public speaker and embodies her commitment to the community. Her fiery spirit, unwavering determination, and recent graduation from Leadership Winter Park underscore her passion for personal and professional growth.
