What Happens Next:

For current subscribers, no further subscription fees will be charged to your account after February 28, 2026.

Current subscribers who previously elected to pre-pay their subscription fees for a year, will receive a prorated refund of any remaining unused prepaid amounts to the payment method used at signup if feasible. Otherwise, a check will be issued to the mailing address on file after the program ends on March 31, 2026.

Current subscribers who pay their subscription fee on a monthly basis will not be charged after February 2026.

ServSafe Benefits Program is being discontinued as part of a broader effort to focus resources on other programs, products and services that support the restaurant industry. This change does not affect ServSafe certifications, training programs, or other ServSafe or National Restaurant Association Solutions, LLC offerings.
