Important Update: ServSafe Benefits Program Ends March 31, 2026

Current subscribers will continue to have access to the subscription services offerings arranged through ServSafe Benefits until March 31, 2026 at 11:59PM EST, which is when the program concludes. Current subscribers should refer to the notice issued (please check your email) for additional information relevant to your subscription.

What Happens Next:

For current subscribers, no further subscription fees will be charged to your account after February 28, 2026.

Current subscribers who previously elected to pre-pay their subscription fees for a year, will receive a prorated refund of any remaining unused prepaid amounts to the payment method used at signup if feasible. Otherwise, a check will be issued to the mailing address on file after the program ends on March 31, 2026.

Current subscribers who pay their subscription fee on a monthly basis will not be charged after February 2026.

ServSafe Benefits Program is being discontinued as part of a broader effort to focus resources on other programs, products and services that support the restaurant industry. This change does not affect ServSafe certifications, training programs, or other ServSafe or National Restaurant Association Solutions, LLC offerings.

The month-to-month subscription services for current subscribers will end on March 31, 2026 without further action needed and applicable billing updates will be handled by ServSafe Benefits.
